Where's the Ice Cream?

And, more importantly, where are all the pics that Seth took last night at Bube's? Hold on to your birthday hat, old lady! They's a-coming!

Now I've Seen Everything!

Really? Have you seen a man eat his own head?

Grouser's Big Adventure

Grouser, the third member of our road-trip trio, had a wee bit too much Scotch early on and managed to sleep through most of the week. Here he is seen curled up and making himself at home in Curtis' bookshelf...

Real Radio

Friday afternoon Hot Tub Jimmy and I became the Pennsylvania Posse and made our debut on the Shannon Burke radio show, where Curtis has a weekly segment. It went much better than when I was on in January, when I broke the microphone and was barred from the station.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

Hot Tub Jimmy decided to forego being an Amazing Race contestant, and opted for a week-long road trip to Savannah, Orlando, Tampa, Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral. Since his cat, the Famous Grouser (seen here napping), wasn't very social, he invited me along on his trip. The following chronicles some of the highlights.

The love child of Arnie Palmer and Nancy Lopez brings his show to Sam Snead's, starting this Monday.

Did you know they still run the old silent version of Our Gang down here in Florida? Here we see the original Spanky, AKA Fat Joe.

They paved paradise and put up a parking lot. They called the lot I-4.

Here we enjoyed that famous Cuban drink, cappuccino. Tiger Woods, or "El Tigre" as they call him in these parts, ate here once.

Wednesday we went to the Kennedy Space Center, where the prices were out of this world. If you squint really hard, you can see the launchpad in the distance.

We ate at a Greek restaurant in Tampa, right across the water from the world famous Spongeorama. That's our soon-to-be meal perched in the foreground.
