Recapapalooza! (No Frills Edition)

I'm running behind in my blogging, so here's a mini-recap of the entire week (in reverse order):

Chuckles:

Nearly a full house, with Skirtland taking a commanding lead in the last round. There was a three way tie between the Zombies, Hold the Cinco de Mayo and Ubersmack, so Monica, Bob and Deric went head to head. Deric's previous experience in Captain Jacking-off put him in second, with Bob in third. Making Majik was fifth and Prius was sixth. Twin Roses get next week's theme choice and they are going with psychedelic rock of the '60s. (Apparently Justin failed to understand the theme the last time they chose it).

VFW:

The B52 used their knowledge of Chevys to take home the gold, slightly ahead of the Joni-mitchell loving When I Went to Mexico, I Assumed I Might Get the Runs, But Swine Flu?!? Giggles and Friends failed in their quest for a three-peat, but still got third. Chicks and Dicks, K-B and the Chevelles were in the next three slots. Theme choice goes to D&M and they chose Lancaster County History.

Bube's:

Go Green! Our Nutsack Is Sustainable had a two-question lead over The Cogitators. The big story of the night was the bronzing of You Can't Fix Stupid. The Specter Shuffle was fourth, followed by the Toxic Olives and Sam I Am. Oil Lobbyists: Return of the Ooze get to chose the theme and the are going with Modern Art.
